St. Patrick's Day

Every year on St. Patrick's Day the mischievous Leprechaun stops by our house and runs a muck! He turns the chairs upside down, threw stuff all over and even strung yarn all through the house. He also, love to changes the milk green. He really is a still little guy! The girls just love to wake up and see what he's done.

Here's Londyn trying to figure out what all the Leprechaun has gotten into.

Here are just a few random pics of the cutest girls ever! Both love love love to pose for the camera.
Brooklyn's first hand of blackjack ever was Blackjack. Hope that means she has many years of  jackpots ahead of her!

This is Brooklyn's lipgloss face. Silly Girl!
This pic taken on a day when Brooklyn felt like she look "fabulous"

You still can't hide the beauty behind the glasses.

Looks like someone is ready for the runway.

Goodbye's are hard

Londyn had to experience the hardship of saying goodbye to a good friend. Londyn and Trinity had grown up together at the CDC and stayed friends even as each other had moved on to different elementary schools. This time though Londyn had to say goodbye as Trin was moving to Japan. I think Londyn will always remember Trinity and hopefully one day see her again. They were the cutest little friends playing "rockstars" and just running around having fun. We will miss Trinity but know she is off having an amazing life adventure.

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! This year was seemed to be very fun as Matt and I got to help out in Londyn's class with her Valentine's Day party. 25 Kids decorating a shoe box is extremely loud and chaotic but a memory I hope Londyn will cherish.
Here is Londyn holding her paper for her sining telegram what was given to her by a little boy in her class. Who would have thought we needed to worry already! :)
Londyn being sang too...She just stood there, I think she was a little embarrassed.
The finished product. What a sense of style Londyn has!
Every year Matt and I surprise the girls with their valentines at  dinner. I make a nice dinner and when I call them to the table they are surprised by their gift. They really seem to enjoy it.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell Matt how much I love him and how special he is to me. He is an amazing husband and father. I loved the delicious strawberries and the nice card you gave me. I am so lucky you are in my life. I love you!

Positive Me Concert

Londyn got the opportunity to perform in her very first school performance. She sang with the rest of her class for the schools Positive Me concert. She is an amazing job! We are so proud of her for getting up in front of all the parent, grandparents, and classmates to sing for them all. What courage that takes! We love you very much!
Londyn ready to sing. The song she sang was to teach children that everyone does different things better than each other but to work together to do things. The message Positive me sends is amazing and I am very thankful Londyn gets the chance to experience this program.

Londyn is the tall child on the front row..fourth child in from the right with the cute pink boots.

Sledding Fun

Although this year's winter was very mild we did get the chance to take Brooklyn on her first sledding experience. She was in heaven! She absolutely loved flying down the hill and incredible speeds. What fun it is to see the joy on their faces! I am looking forward to next year...maybe we will be able to go more than once!

Happy New Year -2012

Happy New Year! Every year I try to think through what my resolutions are going to be and usually by the end of January the resolutions have gone by the waste side. Well this year I have decided there will be no resolutions. This year will I will just try to enjoy my family and be who I am with out the pressure of a resolution. I am looking forward to this year with excitement to see where life takes us all. To watch my beautiful girls grow and learn. To see what interested they take on and how they grow to love each other more. I look forward to a year with good health and with any luck some weight loss. I guess I see this year as a year of hopes. Happy New Year!!
